重型電子開(kāi)料鋸適用于標準化大批量加工類(lèi)型的家倶廠(chǎng)、電器廠(chǎng)、服裝廠(chǎng)、玩俱廠(chǎng)、五金廠(chǎng)等板材的精密開(kāi)料，如：人造板、鋁板、有機玻璃、中纖板、密度板、刨花板、ABS 板、PVC 板、實(shí)木等。

重型退火機架，精度高，穩定性好，優(yōu)化鋸切軟件多單混排，提高生產(chǎn)效率，工控電腦操作，同步打印標簽。

工作臺進(jìn)料采用氣動(dòng)浮珠臺面，保護板材表面，防止板材刮花。 

高質(zhì)量的齒輪齒條傳動(dòng)系統，保證了快速加工以運動(dòng)平穩。

主鋸電機有多楔帶進(jìn)行傳動(dòng)，確保了鋸切的精確平穩。

可以根據不同鋸切長(cháng)度，自動(dòng)調節鋸切行程，減少空行程時(shí)間，提高工作效率。

鋸片裝卸方便快捷鋸與輔鋸獨立升降，采用直線(xiàn)導軌，該系統保障加工精度和結構強度，達到高鋸切質(zhì)量。

Front tables: air tables that allow easy and effortless movement of the boards. 

All tables include rollers at their ends to help loading and allows lateral 

movement to fit the cutting type.

Clamps: equipped with 10 pneumatic clamps of high strength and holding 

power that allow the movement of boards and board packages. 

Side Pusher: Double side pusher allows perfect square alignment of boards 

ensuring the cutting accuracy.

The high-quality rack and pinion transmission system ensures fast work and 

smooth movement.

Saw carriage with rack and pinion drive 1.8kw, main saw unit 15kw, separate 

motor for scoring unit 2.2kw
